lunch:

- green and yellow beans with baby carrots (yes, leftover dinner from yesterday. Waste not, want not!)
- mashed potatoes
- coffee
- water
then came dinner:
- 3 (yes 3) sirlion burgers with buns
- tea
- pepsi
- cadbury mini-eggs
I am so full I could vomit! I don't understand why I am binging like this on a regular basis. Like geeze! 3 burgers?
Exercise is still to be determined if I can get of my expanding arse and DO something!
